Nutritional rice production line
Artificial rice is made from fine rice flour by adding water, stirring, puffing, shaping, cooling, drying, sieving and other processes. It looks like rice. Process composition of nutritional rice production line:
1. Flour mixer: nutritional rice production line rice flour is mixed separately or partially with additives, and a certain amount of water is added to fully stir evenly.
2. Feeding machine: the motor is used as the power screw to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

5. Air blower: convey the product to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined according to the oven.
6. Multilayer oven: most of the ovens are electric ovens, and the temperature between 0-200 degrees can be adjusted by the control cabinet itself. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed, reducing the particle moisture and increasing the shelf life;
7. Cooling conveyor: the dried particles contain a certain temperature, and the packaging quality is guaranteed by cooling to room temperature.
