The bread crumb production line is composed of flour mixer, twin-screw host, bread bran cooling rack, traction cutter, elevator, bran pressing machine, bran beater, bran screening machine, three-layer oven and flavoring machine. Pour flour, starch, monoglyceride, salt water and other materials into the flour mixer in proportion and mix them evenly. The materials are fed into the twin-screw barrel evenly and stably by the feeding mechanism. They are extruded from the supporting mold through the forced transportation, extrusion, shearing, kneading of the twin-screw shaft. After the auxiliary processes of cooling, cutting, pressing and beating, the breadcrumb foam with the same size is screened out by the chaff screening machine, and then dried by the three-layer oven, The finished bread bran can be obtained through proper seasoning in the seasoning machine.
