1. Before the raw materials are expanded, they must be cleaned to ensure the continuity and stability of the subsequent production process;
2. Before the raw materials are expanded, iron must be removed to ensure the safety of the subsequent production process;
3. Suitable crushing equipment shall be equipped to provide powdery raw materials with proper particle size required for expansion production;
4. Proper bin capacity and anti break measures shall be provided to ensure the uniformity and continuity of feeding. The bin capacity of the bin to be expanded is generally 2~3 hours of extruder output;
5. Equip rear equipment with appropriate output, such as cooler, elevator, etc., to match the output of the expander;
6. Proper steam and water supply systems shall be provided to ensure stable and normal supply of steam and water required for expansion production.
