YH-I Embossing Machine: Equipment for embossing patterns on the surface of puffed food products

The YH-I embossing machine is an auxiliary equipment for twin-screw extruded food production lines, used to trim the food billets extruded by the main machine and to achieve the desired surface patterns through rolling with upper and lower pressure rollers.Two pairs of double-wheel pressure rollers, combined with shaping, can accommodate a wide variety of products.The pressure rollers undergo anti-rust treatment, and the equipment features a compact structure, facilitating integration into production lines.

The embossing drive power is 1.5 kW, and the production capacity varies with the main unit configuration. The overall dimensions are 880 × 830 × 1370 mm.

Installation and Adjustment

The distance between the equipment and the main unit is typically about 1500 mm, which can be adjusted during trial runs according to the material flow conditions.After connecting the power, turn the handle to adjust the gap between the upper and lower conveying rollers;After the main unit's discharge stabilizes, adjust the guiding device to ensure consistent material conveyance, and regulate the motor speed to synchronize with the output of the two pairs of pressing rollers.

Safety and Maintenance

The embossing machine should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated, and clean environment, reliably grounded, and subjected to an empty-load test run prior to operation.Do not remove the protective cover during operation to avoid contact between the body or clothing and the pressure rollers.Maintenance must be performed with the power disconnected.Clean the equipment after each shift, check the tension and wear of the V-belts, and lubricate the gears, sprockets, ratchets, and bearings as required.
