Four-head octagonal drum: Fully automatic multi-component spray seasoning line
The four-head octagonal drum seasoning line is designed for the automatic multi-component batching, coating, and seasoning of puffed snacks and snack products. It can also be used for sugar coating and seasoning of peanuts and beans, as well as for pre-molding sugar coating treatments of certain products. The system consists of a feed elevator, automatic weighing feeder, four-barrel octagonal drum, slurry tank, spraying vehicle, quantitative powder-spraying vehicle, discharge conveyor, and diaphragm pump metering system, and can achieve continuous automated cycling according to set parameters.
Workflow
The feed elevator transports the material to the automatic weighing feeder, which stops once the preset weight is reached. After the octagonal drum receives the material, the base sequentially rotates to the spraying, powder-sprinkling, and discharge stations. The four octagonal drums operate in a continuous cycle across all stations, with each individual drum maintaining rotation. A typical working cycle lasts approximately 2 minutes.Through trial runs with materials, equipment parameters can be optimized based on the state of bulk materials, slurries, and powders.
Main Technical Parameters
The power of the feed elevator is 0.55 kW, and the lifting height is 2.7 m.The four-octagonal-tube single-tube volume is 89L, the tube rotation speed is 30 revolutions per minute, each of the four material tube rotation motors is 1.5kW, and the base drive is 0.75kW.The slurry tank has a volume of 200L, equipped with a 2kW heating system, a 0.37kW stirring system, and a 1.5kW slurry discharge system. The power of the quantitative flour sprinkling cart is 0.75 kW, the power of the discharge conveyor is 0.75 kW, and the power of the diaphragm pump and metering tank is 0.37 kW.The system's material contact components are primarily made of 304 stainless steel.
Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance
Each piece of equipment shall be fixed to the floor or platform according to the layout diagram, and connected to the cable tray, compressed air supply, and material feeding pipelines.During commissioning, first jog the motor to confirm there is no collision, then calibrate the feeding scale and the powder-spraying vehicle's weighing hopper. After completing no-load linkage testing, proceed with material-loaded commissioning.Do not stand within the rotational radius of the octagonal drum during operation. At the end of each shift, clean the material hopper, conveyor belt, and surrounding areas of any residual material, and regularly inspect sensors, fasteners, and moving parts.Replenish the bearing with grease every 48 hours, and maintain the cylinder triple unit and solenoid valve as required.
