PTG Spray Coating Line: Food Surface Material Spraying and Coating Equipment
The PTG spray coating line consists of a drum machine and a spray coater, designed to evenly apply coatings to the surface of dried puffed food products after they are fed into the drum. The equipment features a stainless steel construction, with the drum and spray unit each equipped with independent speed control and heating systems, making it suitable for integration with upstream and downstream food production lines.
Main Technical Parameters
The drum machine has a drive power of 0.37 kW and a heating power of 16.2 kW, features stepless speed regulation, and has overall dimensions of 3000×900×1850 mm.The spray machine has a drive power of 1.85 kW and a heating power of 8 kW, features variable frequency speed control, and has overall dimensions of 1450×750×1650 mm.The overall footprint of the production line is approximately 3000×2000×1850mm.
Installation and Commissioning
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, level, and sturdy floor, with anchor bolts secured and reliable grounding or neutral connection. The grounding resistance shall not exceed 4 Ω.The spray gun liquid and air pipelines must be securely connected and free of leaks. Before commissioning, inspect the fasteners, electrical wiring, and pipeline seals. After cleaning the drum and the spray machine’s material hopper, add heating medium water to the hopper’s jacket and load the material to be sprayed into the hopper. Then, sequentially inspect the heating, stirring, speed-regulating systems, and the spray gun’s operating status. Once confirmed to be normal, proceed with production.
Maintenance Key Points
Power must be disconnected before maintenance, and internal components must not be altered without authorization.Regularly inspect the sealing condition of connectors, wiring, and piping, and perform maintenance and replacement using the same or equivalent accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
