The SLG72-AII twin-screw extruder main unit features twin-flight, co-rotating intermeshing screws and a high-torque transmission system, suitable for the extrusion and puffing processing of cereals, snacks, textured products, and other materials.The system consists of units such as automatic feeding, barrel heating and water cooling, main drive, rotary cutting, lubrication, automatic water injection, and a cooling water tower, making it suitable for continuous production with higher capacity.

Temperature Control and Process Adaptation
The main unit consists of 10 barrel sections, including a feeding section and 8 heated barrel sections. The barrels are equipped with internal water channels and work in conjunction with a cooling tower to achieve coordinated heating and cooling control.Each heating zone can automatically adjust according to the set temperature;During production, feeding, water injection, screw speed, temperature zones, and rotary cutting parameters should be coordinated according to the material formulation, target microstructure, and discharge state.
Operation and Maintenance
After installation, first complete the no-load inspection to confirm that the feeding, oil circuit, main drive, and rotary cutting systems are functioning normally.Before operation, inspect the lubrication and cooling systems. Perform regular maintenance on the gearbox, oil pump, cooling water tower, and electrical control system to avoid running with material when there are abnormalities in lubrication, cooling, or transmission.
