Operation and Process Control
During production, feeding, temperature zones, screw speed, and forming die parameters should be set according to the raw material formula, moisture content, product thickness, and target microstructure.Before startup, inspect the barrel, screw, transmission, and electrical systems. After completing preheating and an empty-load trial run, gradually introduce the material.
Maintenance Key Points
After equipment shutdown, clean residual material from the barrel, die head, and feeding system, and ensure the heating, drive, and electrical control systems are functioning properly.Power must be disconnected and the equipment allowed to cool before maintenance or replacement of the screw, die, and transmission components.
