VINCI Single/Dual Screw Main Unit: Compound Extrusion, Puffing, and 3D Forming Equipment
The VINCI single/double screw main unit is a compound extrusion equipment that integrates the SLG70-A twin-screw extruder with the DLG130 single-screw extruder, equipped with the SLG85-A conditioning feeding system, primarily designed for the extrusion processing of rotary-cut and 3D composite products. After storage, conditioning, and forced feeding, the material sequentially passes through the twin-screw cooking and single-screw forming sections, achieving continuous extrusion, structure modification, and shaped output.
Core Configuration and Power
The feeder drive power is 2.2 kW, and the conditioner drive power is 4 kW.The SLG70-A twin-screw section has a main drive power of 45 kW and a heating power of 18 kW.The DLG130 single-screw section has a main drive power of 45 kW and a heating power of 18 kW.The total installed motor power is 132.2 kW. The actual operational configuration should be determined based on the product process and auxiliary systems.
Process Features
The twin-screw section is responsible for mixing, shearing, and cooking the raw materials, while the single-screw section completes secondary extrusion and product shaping through multi-stage compression, heating and cooling, and die forming. The equipment supports various mold configurations and is compatible with rotary cutting, 3D composite, and multiple extrusion food processing techniques. The feeding and conditioning system can stably control the rhythm of material entering the extrusion chamber.
Operation and Maintenance
Before startup, inspect the feeding system, barrel, screw, lubrication, and electrical control systems. Start the oil pump first and confirm that lubrication is functioning properly before starting the main unit.Coordinate the speed and temperature of the mixing, twin-screw, and single-screw during production, and clean the die head and residual material after shutdown.Regularly inspect the distribution box, thrust system, rotary cutting blades, and electrical wiring.
