Molding Adjustment Method
Once the discharge from the twin-screw main unit is stable, feed the composite sheet through the cooling rack and guide device into the traction and pressing rollers.Adjust the pressure roller speed to ensure that the traction and lamination speeds are consistent with the main machine's discharge speed.Adjust the gap between the composite pressure roller and the traction pressure roller until the desired lamination effect is achieved, then tighten the adjustment nuts to enable continuous production.Before startup, inspect all connecting components, roller gaps, and electrical wiring. Perform an empty-load test run first and confirm that the motor rotation and mechanical operation are normal.
Installation and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, flat, and sturdy floor, and must be reliably grounded.Power must be disconnected during maintenance; unauthorized modifications to internal components are strictly prohibited.The equipment shall be put into production only after commissioning is completed with the assistance of the manufacturer's commissioning personnel.
