YH-II Embossing Machine: Equipment for Shaping and Pulling Puffed Food Patterns
The YH-II embossing machine is an auxiliary equipment used to press extruded food dough into various decorative patterns. The material passes continuously through the traction and embossing rollers, and the desired pattern can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the upper and lower rollers. The traction speed and embossing speed should be coordinated with the discharge speed of the extrusion main unit. The pressure rollers are treated for rust prevention, the welded areas are smooth, the equipment structure is compact, and it is easy to operate and maintain.
Main Technical Parameters
The traction drive power is 1.5 kW, the embossing drive power is 1.5 kW, and the total installed power is 3.0 kW. The production capacity varies depending on the extruder configuration, and the overall dimensions are 1150×750×1370 mm.
Installation and Commissioning
The equipment is typically positioned approximately 1500 mm from the extruder and can be adjusted as needed during production. After powering on, rotate the handle to adjust the gap between the upper and lower pressure rollers; After production begins, adjust the guiding device to ensure the material enters the pressure rollers steadily, synchronize the traction motor speed with the extruder discharge speed, and then adjust the spacing between the two sets of embossing traction mechanisms.
Safety and Maintenance
Do not allow your body or clothing to come into contact with the pressure rollers during operation. Do not remove the protective cover. Ensure that the pressure rollers do not come into contact with hard objects. Avoid prolonged no-load operation.Clean the equipment after each production run; do not rinse directly with water.Check the tension and wear of the V-belts, and lubricate the gears, chains, pawls, and bearings as required before production.Immediately stop the machine and inspect it if abnormal noise occurs.
