LXZ6000 Continuous Frying Line: Equipment for Continuous Food Frying, Conveying, and Oil Filtration
The LXZ6000 continuous frying line is suitable for the continuous frying processing of foods such as potato chips, shrimp crackers, and rice noodles, integrating frying, mesh belt conveying, oil filtration, and seasoning functions. The equipment completes the frying process during conveyance, supporting continuous production. The pot body and conveying mechanism are separable, facilitating cleaning and maintenance, while the mesh belt feeding helps ensure uniform entry of materials into the frying zone.
Main Technical Parameters
The transmission drive power is 1.5 kW, the lifting drive power is 0.75 kW, the circulating oil pump power is 5.5 kW, and the matching boiler requires a 400,000 kcal/h burner. The frying temperature is adjustable within the range of 0-250°C, with a production capacity of 800-1500 kg/h, and overall dimensions of 6500×1350×2800 mm.
Characteristics of Continuous Frying Process
The equipment adopts a continuous frying process during conveying, making it suitable for continuous production.Heat source options such as fuel oil, gas, or coal can be selected based on the on-site energy conditions.High oil circulation helps maintain stability in the frying process.Actual oil temperature, mesh belt speed, and processing capacity should be adjusted according to the product type, thickness, moisture content, and target color.
Installation and Maintenance
The equipment should be fixedly installed according to the production line layout, with the frying, conveying, and oil filtration systems uniformly managed by the control cabinet. Before use, check the status of the mesh belt, circulating oil circuit, heat source, and safety devices. After shutdown, complete the cleaning of oils, residues, and equipment in accordance with the operating procedures. When separating the pot body from the conveying structure for cleaning, ensure that power is disconnected, the equipment has cooled down, and safety has been confirmed before proceeding.
