SLG70C Twin-screw Extruder: Food Extrusion, Puffing, and Continuous Forming Equipment

The SLG70C twin-screw main unit consists of an automatic feeding mechanism, an extrusion and puffing machine, a rotary cutting device, and an electrical control cabinet. It is suitable for the extrusion, cooking, puffing, and shaping of cereals and puffed foods.The material is stably fed into the extrusion chamber via an adjustable feed screw. Under the mixing, shearing, and heating effects of the twin screws, it is extruded through the die and then cut into the desired shape by the rotary cutting device.

Process and Forming Adjustment

Automatic feeding power: 0.55 kW; rotary cutting drive power: 0.55 kW; cutting length is continuously adjustable from 0.5 to 30 mm; 1 to 2 cutting blades can be configured.During production, the feed rate, screw speed, temperature zones, and rotary cutting speed can be adjusted in combination to accommodate different raw materials and product size requirements.

Maintenance Key Points

Before operation, inspect the barrel, screw, feeding system, lubrication lines, and electrical connections.The equipment is equipped with a forced lubrication and cooling distribution box, which requires regular inspection of the oil circuits and lubrication status in accordance with the specified requirements.Regularly inspect the drive system, rotary cutting blades, and all fasteners. Ensure power is disconnected before performing maintenance.
