PY-PG-PF Oil-Spray Seasoning Line: Seasoning Equipment for Oil and Powder Composite Seasoning of Puffed Foods

The PY-PG-PF oil-spray seasoning line consists of a TSJ elevator, a PG drum seasoning machine, a PY oil-spray machine, and a PF automatic powder-spraying machine. It is designed to convey dried puffed snacks into the drum, where oil and seasoning powder are added simultaneously and thoroughly mixed within the drum.The system employs centralized control, with drive units requiring speed adjustment equipped with variable frequency drives or stepless speed controllers, making it suitable for the seasoning process of small food products at capacities of 0–150 kg/h.

Main Technical Parameters

The PF automatic powder spraying machine has a drive power of 0.55 kW and overall dimensions of 1300×450×1600 mm.The PG drum seasoning machine has a drive power of 0.75 kW, drum dimensions of φ636×2700 mm, a working capacity of 0-150 kg/h, and overall dimensions of 2700×750×1500 mm;The TSJ elevator has a drive power of 0.37 kW, a mesh belt width of 355 mm, and a working capacity of 0-150 kg/h.The PY oil spray machine has a drive power of 0.37 kW, is equipped with a P-B2 oil pump, and has overall dimensions of 1000×800×1200 mm.The overall footprint of the production line is approximately 4300×1800×1850mm.

Commissioning and Production Sequence

After installation, conduct no-load commissioning of the elevator, roller, powder spraying machine, and oil spraying machine separately, and inspect the fasteners, conveyor belt, oil pipe seals, direction of rotation, and speed regulation system.After cleaning the oil tank of the spray machine, add palm oil and set the heating temperature to 80°C. Then, adjust the spray effect using the relief valve and the throttle valve.During production, first start the drum and elevator to feed the material, then start the powder spraying machine and oil spraying machine.After completion, turn off the heating and all drive equipment, and clean the work area.

Safety and Maintenance

Do not place hands or foreign objects into the conveyor belt while the elevator is in operation;The powder spraying machine's feed hopper can only be cleaned after the machine has stopped.Do not approach the rotating drum while the drum is in operation, and do not insert hands or hard objects into the material hopper while the oil sprayer is in operation.The equipment should be reliably grounded, and all components should be regularly inspected and maintained.
