ZTD-II-2 Pillow Packaging Forming Machine: Twin-Screw Extruded Snack Food Traction and Shaping Equipment
The ZTD-II- pillow packaging forming machine is an auxiliary equipment for twin-screw extruded snack food production lines, used to draw, seal, and roll-form the long extruded dough strands from the main extruder into pillow-shaped products. The equipment consists of a traction mechanism, forming and pressing rollers, a reduction drive, an adjustment mechanism, and an electrical control system. It employs variable frequency speed control, allowing continuous adjustment based on the main unit's output and the finished product's shape.
Main Technical Parameters
The traction power is 0.75 kW, the rolling and cutting power is 1.5 kW, and the total installed power is 2.25 kW. The production capacity varies with the main unit configuration, and the speed regulation method is variable frequency drive. The overall dimensions are 850×1000×1700 mm.
Key Points for Molding Operation
After verifying that there are no foreign objects inside the equipment during an empty-load check, manually adjust the gap between the forming pressure rollers and the traction rollers, start the equipment, and confirm that the direction of rotation is correct.Once the main extruder has stabilized the semi-finished product, feed the long billet into the material inlet, where it is rolled and shaped by the traction rollers and forming pressure rollers.During production, the gap between the pressure rollers can be finely adjusted via the handle to ensure the finished product meets the required specifications.Cover the observation ports on both sides before feeding.
Installation, Safety, and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, level, and sturdy floor. The power supply side must be equipped with isolation and electric shock protection, and reliably grounded or connected to a neutral line.Do not open the sealing cover during operation; power must be disconnected before maintenance.Regularly inspect the bolts connecting the bearings and the transmission system. Check the tension of the transmission chains monthly and apply lubricating oil. When the machine is shut down, clean residual materials from inside the machine and securely fasten the cover.
