Material conveying and feeding control
Before starting, ensure that there are no foreign objects in the barrel and that the barrel cover is securely in place. Then, start the mixing system and adjust the forward and reverse rotation according to the material condition.The synergistic operation of mixing and spiral discharge helps ensure a stable feed of powder materials into subsequent equipment.The actual feeding capacity should be matched based on material flowability, formulation, main machine requirements, and production line cycle time.

Equipment Configuration: Equipped with a 1.1kW mixing motor and a 1.5kW screw discharge motor, the total installed power is 2.6kW, with overall dimensions of 3000×900×2500mm.The control box is powered by a 380V three-phase four-wire supply. On-site, isolation and electric shock protection devices must be installed in accordance with electrical codes.
Installation, Safety, and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, level, and solid floor, with the anchor bolts securely fixed.The equipment must be reliably grounded or connected to a neutral line, with a grounding resistance not exceeding 4 Ω. The grounding wire should be installed independently and should not be shared with a welding machine or other high-power equipment.Do not insert your hands into the hopper or open the sealed cover during operation;When cleaning the material hopper, first disconnect the power supply and wipe it with a warm cloth; do not rinse it directly with water.Regularly inspect the connecting flanges, bearing housings, and transmission system bolts. When the machine is shut down, empty the barrel and securely fasten the cover.
