Medium-pressure pneumatic conveying machine: pneumatic conveying equipment for semi-finished puffed food products
The medium-pressure pneumatic conveying machine is used to transport lightweight flake and granular semi-finished puffed food products from a lower elevation to the pressing machine, oven, or subsequent processing stages, serving as the pneumatic conveying link between production line equipment. The material contact surfaces of the receiving hopper and conveying pipes are made of stainless steel, and the conveying pipeline can be flexibly configured according to the plant layout.
Main Technical Parameters
The equipment's drive power is 2.2 kW, production capacity varies with the main unit configuration, and the overall dimensions are 1300×600×650 mm.The actual conveying performance is influenced by material density, shape, pipeline length, and sealing condition. Layout and operating parameters should be determined in conjunction with the production line process.
Installation and Commissioning
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, level, and sturdy floor, positioned directly below the discharge outlet. After completing the piping installation, connect the power supply, inspect the piping and joints for sealing integrity, and only put the system into operation once no air leakage is detected. The power supply side shall be equipped with isolation protection. The equipment must be reliably grounded or connected to a neutral line, with a grounding resistance not exceeding 4 Ω. The grounding wire shall not be shared with a welding machine or a high-power motor.
Maintenance Key Points
Regularly inspect the connecting flanges, bearing housings, and fastening bolts of the drive system. Ensure the power supply is disconnected before performing any maintenance. After shutdown, securely cover the feed inlet to prevent foreign objects from entering. When the equipment is stored for an extended period, clean out any residual material from the drum to maintain internal cleanliness.
