Applications of the BF-IV Type Flour Mixing Machine
The BF-IV type mixing machine is used for blending powdery materials and can uniformly mix various types of powders according to process requirements. The manual states that both the material bucket and the stirring device are made of stainless steel to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the materials. The material hopper is equipped with limit switches, also known as level sensors, to support safe operation and stable material discharge.
Main Technical Parameters
The mixing machine has a drive power of 7.5 kW, the hopper vibration drive power is 0.37 kW, the rotor blade diameter is 750 mm, and the production capacity is 100 kg per batch. The overall dimensions of the noodle mixing machine are 1550×1450×1600mm;The external dimensions of the material hopper are 850×850×800 mm.When installing and operating the equipment, arrange power supply, site layout, and production cycle based on these technical parameters and actual process requirements.
Installation and No-Load Inspection
The equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated, dry, level, and solid floor to ensure stable operation and prevent uneven stress from affecting normal performance. After transportation, ensure that all screws are tightened during installation. The control box is powered by a 380V three-phase four-wire supply and requires the installation of a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) with isolation from the mains power supply. The equipment must be reliably grounded or connected to a neutral conductor, with a grounding resistance not exceeding 4Ω.Before conducting an empty-load test, inspect the electrical components inside the control box for damage or looseness, and remove any foreign objects from the barrel.
Usage Instructions
After connecting the power supply to the control cabinet, first press the start button and check the forward and reverse rotation. The stirring teeth rotating clockwise is considered forward rotation. After confirming that there are no abnormalities, stop the machine.Pour the pre-mixed material into the barrel and secure the handle. Ensure the barrel cover is properly closed before starting the machine. After starting the mixer for 10 to 30 seconds, evenly add the prepared water into the mixing drum.Stir for an additional 30 to 60 seconds, with the exact duration determined by the characteristics of the raw materials.Once the material is confirmed to be evenly mixed, tighten the barrel cover, start the mixer, and open the discharge gate to release the material. The vibration motor of the material hopper can be adjusted as needed.
Safety and Maintenance Requirements
Do not insert your hands into the mixing drum during the mixing process. Before feeding, ensure the machine has stopped. Do not open the sealed cover while the machine is running.During maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected. Do not modify internal components on your own. Replacement parts should be of the same or equivalent type as recommended by the manufacturer, and installation should be guided by qualified professionals.Regularly inspect the connecting flanges, bearing housings, and fastening bolts of the drive system. The drive V-belts should be checked once a month. When lifting the equipment for maintenance or repair, safety precautions must be observed during the operation. When the equipment is not in use, clean the material from the drum, secure the lid, and close the discharge gate.
