The ZDS Cooling Vibrating Machine is designed to be used with the DLG90 single-screw main unit, installed below the front-end rotary cutting cover, for vibrating and cooling snacks such as pea crisps, shells, spirals, square-cut tubes, and round-cut tubes.Compact footprint with bottom-mounted casters for easy repositioning according to production needs;The vibrating screen and discharge port are made of stainless steel, which helps maintain hygiene in the material contact areas.

Uniform material distribution and cooling connection

The equipment uses vibration to evenly disperse the sliced products toward the discharge direction, and the vibration amplitude can be adjusted according to the product condition.Production capacity is adjustable according to the main unit's cycle time, making it suitable for integration with single-screw extrusion, rotary cutting, and subsequent conveying processes.In actual operation, the appropriate vibration intensity should be set based on the product shape, moisture content, and subsequent process requirements.
