Sealed feeding and production line connection
The equipment should be positioned on one side of the main unit, with its distance from the main unit adjusted according to the location of the feed inlet.The feeding screw conveys the material from the barrel to the main machine's hopper, while the vibrating motor assists in ensuring stable material discharge.After production ends, the feeding screw can be reversed to discharge residual material from the barrel.Actual production capacity must be matched with the main unit's capacity, material flowability, and process cycle time.

Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a flat, solid floor and adjusted to a stable condition.After transportation, check whether the screws and electrical components are loose, and confirm that there are no foreign objects inside the barrel;During no-load testing, check whether the motor rotation direction, vibration motor, and transmission components are functioning normally.Power must be disconnected before maintenance or replacement of components. When the equipment is not in use, residual material in the barrel and screw should be cleaned out.
