The double-plate scraper feeding machine adopts the GBSL scraper conveyor structure, designed for the conveying and elevating of bulk materials such as granules and powders in grain, oilseed, feed, and food production lines.The equipment consists of a mixing tank, scraper elevator, scraper conveyor, and frame, enabling single-point or multi-point feeding and discharging, and is suitable for continuous material supply in conjunction with the main machine.
Structure and conveying characteristics
The mixing tank performs auxiliary processing of materials through the mixing wings;The scraper elevator and scraper conveyor utilize chains, scrapers, and a tensioning mechanism to achieve material conveying. The conveying motor can be installed in forward or reverse orientation to meet the requirements of material feeding in different directions.The scraper is made of food-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which features wear resistance and self-lubrication, helping to reduce product damage during material conveying.

The equipment's mixing power is 1.5 kW, the scraper lifting power is 0.75 kW, the scraper conveying power is 0.75 kW, and the total installed power is 3.0 kW. The production capacity varies according to the main unit configuration.The actual conveying capacity should be determined based on material particle size, moisture content, conveying distance, and production line cycle time.
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a flat and solid floor, and the leveling feet should be adjusted to ensure stability.Before startup, inspect lubrication, foreign objects inside the barrel, fasteners, and electrical wiring. Confirm no abnormalities under no-load conditions before commencing production.Do not open the inspection cover during operation, and strictly prohibit the entry of iron parts and large hard objects into the conveyor.When stopping the machine, first halt the feeding process, and then shut down the equipment after the material has been completely discharged.Regularly inspect the tensioning condition of the scraper and drive chain. Grease the bearings monthly, and lubricate the drive chain and tensioning screw according to the prescribed schedule.
