What should be checked before installation?

Ensure the barrel cover is properly closed before starting the machine.After stirring for 10 to 30 seconds, the prepared water can be evenly added to the mixing drum.Continue stirring for 30 to 60 seconds, with the specific duration determined based on the raw material conditions.After confirming that the mixing is uniform, lock the barrel cover and press the discharge button to release the material into the storage hopper.

Key Points for Safety and Maintenance

Do not insert your hands into the mixing drum during the mixing process.Before feeding, ensure the equipment is stopped. Do not open the sealed cover while the equipment is in operation.The cleaning hopper should be wiped with a warm cloth; it must not be rinsed directly with water, and the power supply must be disconnected first.Regularly inspect the fixing bolts of the connecting flanges, bearing housings, and drive system.The tension of the drive V-belts should be checked once a month.When the equipment is not in use, clean the material from the barrel and secure the lid to maintain the cleanliness of the barrel.When the vacuum conveyor is operating, the manual and conveying knobs can be turned on.Alternatively, you can turn on only the automatic knob so that the conveying system starts and stops with the vacuum feeder.
