TLJ Vibrating Spreader: Uniform Material Distribution Equipment for the Drying Section of Snack Foods
The TLJ Vibratory Spreader is an auxiliary equipment for food production lines, designed to evenly feed small snacks such as thin crackers into dryers, ensuring continuous material spreading before baking or cooling processes. The equipment has a small footprint. The vibrating screen body is made of stainless steel, and the vibration amplitude can be adjusted according to product and process requirements, helping to distribute the material more evenly during conveying.
Applicable Processes and Dough Distribution Effects
The equipment is typically positioned below the upstream discharge port, with its other end connected to the protruding end of the high-temperature dryer.Driven by dual vibrating motors, the sieve body ensures that materials enter the drying section more smoothly. The actual processing capacity can be adjusted according to the main unit's cycle time. For small, thin, and easily piled-up snacks, appropriate vibration amplitude and uniform feeding help improve the consistency of subsequent drying or cooling processes.
Main Technical Parameters
The TLJ vibrating spreading machine is equipped with two 0.1 kW vibrating motors, resulting in a total drive power of 0.2 kW. It operates on a 380 V, 50 Hz power supply, has overall dimensions of 1550×1300×1500 mm, and its production capacity is adjustable according to the main machine.
Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance
The equipment should be installed on a well-ventilated, dry, and level, solid floor, ensuring stable connection with the discharge port and the dryer's connection end.The power supply side shall be equipped with isolation protection and reliably grounded or connected to neutral, with a grounding resistance not exceeding 4Ω.After startup, confirm that there are no abnormal noises, and then adjust the vibration amplitude based on the material distribution effect.Power must be disconnected before maintenance, and the vibrating screen body and residual materials should be cleaned after shutdown.
